1. Payment

We accept various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. The applicable VAT depends on the type of event:

• Workshops: Include 19% VAT according to German tax law.
• Concerts: Are subject to the reduced VAT rate of 7%.

2. Delivery

The delivery of all tickets and digital products is exclusively made worldwide in digital form via email. No physical shipping of tickets or other products will be carried out.
