3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Place order with obligation to pay” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The receipt of the order is confirmed by email, but this does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is only concluded upon our explicit order confirmation or by dispatch of the goods.
4. Prices and Payment
All stated prices include the statutory VAT. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Workshops are subject to 19% VAT, while concert tickets are taxed at a reduced rate of 7%.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made exclusively in digital form via email. No physical shipping takes place.
6. Right of Withdrawal
For the purchase of event tickets, there is no right of withdrawal according to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). For other goods, the statutory right of withdrawal applies with a period of 14 days.
7. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
8. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should any provision of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
