Ticket Options for Visitors
If you do not wish to participate in a competition, you can still fully enjoy the World Harmonica Festival!
1. Festival Pass – Get access to the entire festival, including concerts, workshops, exhibitions, and public events.
2. Custom Ticket Selection – Create your own festival experience by selecting individual tickets for workshops, competitions (as an audience member), and concerts you wish to attend.
Choose the option that best suits your festival experience and enjoy an unforgettable time at WHF!
Registration for Competition Entrants
Please note:
1. If you wish to enter a group competition, it is sufficient for the group to be registered only once. However, each group member must present a separate ticket!
2. For the competition, only participants who provide all required information will be accepted. Please make sure to fill in the name of your group, the title of the piece, the name of the composer, and the length of the piece.
3. Competition entrants have automatic free admission to all competitions (audience).
4. When registering for categories 1 or 2 all contestans are requested to submit a cpl. score of the own choice piece to the jury members before they go on stage to start their musical performance. It is important that every jury member has a cpl. score available to judge every performance objectively and fairly.
EN: Competition entry is open until August 31, 2025. Make sure to submit your application before the deadline to secure your spot in the competition. Tickets for the festival’s concerts are available until October 11, 2025. All concert tickets must be purchased at least 3 hours before the performance or can alternatively be bought at the evening box office.

Falls Sie nicht an einem Wettbewerb teilnehmen möchten, können Sie dennoch das World Harmonica Festival in vollem Umfang genießen!

Anmeldung für Wettbewerbsteilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer
Bitte beachten Sie:
1. Wenn Sie an einem Gruppenwettbewerb teilnehmen möchten, genügt es, dass die Gruppe nur einmal registriert ist. Dennoch muss jedes Gruppenmitglied ein separates Ticket vorweisen!
2. Für die Teilnahme am Wettbewerb werden nur Teilnehmer akzeptiert, die alle erforderlichen Informationen angeben. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie den Namen Ihrer Gruppe, den Titel des Stücks, den Namen des Komponisten und die Dauer des Stücks eintragen.
3. Wettbewerbsteilnehmer haben automatisch freien Eintritt zu allen Wettbewerben (als Zuschauer).
4. Bei der Anmeldung für die Kategorien 1 oder 2 werden die Wettbewerbsteilnehmer/innen gebeten, den Jurymitgliedern eine kpl. Partitur des Wahlstücks vorzulegen, bevor sie die Bühne betreten, um ihre musikalische Darbietung zu beginnen. Es ist wichtig, dass jedem Jurymitglied eine kpl. Partitur zur Verfügung steht, um jede Aufführung objektiv u. fair bewerten zu können.
DE: Die Anmeldung für den Wettbewerb ist bis zum 31. August 2025 geöffnet. Reichen Sie Ihre Bewerbung rechtzeitig ein, um sich Ihren Platz im Wettbewerb zu sichern. Tickets für die Festival-Konzerte sind bis zum 11. Oktober 2025 erhältlich. Alle Konzerttickets müssen mindestens 3 Stunden vor der Vorstellung gekauft werden oder können alternativ an der Abendkasse erworben werden.
