1. No Right of Withdrawal for Event Tickets

According to § 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts related to the provision of services concerning leisure activities, if the contract specifies a specific date or period for the provision of the service.

Since the sale of tickets for our events is tied to a fixed event date, there is no legal right of withdrawal. Therefore, cancellations or returns of tickets are not possible.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Other Products

For the purchase of other goods via our online shop, the statutory right of withdrawal applies: Right of Withdrawal for Product Purchases You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an unequivocal statement (e.g., by letter or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose.
